The OA Library is a huge collection of all kinds of books, open to anyone who wants to read them.

The old barn is located on a small hill. The stalls are available for any large animals, including horses, cows, or even large dogs. If you use a stall, however, it is your responsibility to clean up after yourself.

With a name like Ocean Avenue, you'd expect there to be a beach. OA citizens are free to come here, but are forewarned that there are no lifeguards.

One of the biggest buildings in Ocean Avenue is the mall. It's three stories high, with access to the roof for the adventurous teens. Surprisingly, the stuff that is sold here is cheap.

| Movie Theater
All of the latest movies are shown here, as well as older classics. You don't have to pay for tickets, but snacks are a bit expensive.

| Burger Shack
Next to the Movie Theater is a run-down restaurant called the Burger Shack. Despite its modest appearance, business is doing well. They also serve veggie-burgers for the resident vegetarians.

| Gymnasium
Come here to exercise or blow off steam. The gym features a boxing ring, rock climbing wall, and kiddy and adult swimming pools along with the usual exercise equipment.

| Ice Skating Rink
During the hot California summers, people enjoy coming here to cool off. Entrance is free, but skates are $3 if you don't bring your own.
